YouTube Coming To Your Vita Later This Month

One of the biggest complaints about Sony’s latest handheld, the PlayStation Vita, is that its browser lacks Flash support.  This has plagued on-the-go users, preventing them from accessing video streaming sites such as YouTube.  While Flash itself is still a wish in the hearts of Vita owners, Sony announced via their blog that a free YouTube app will be coming later this month.

YouTube for Vita is set to have functions users are familiar with, such as the ability to search, comment on videos, select favorites, and even access your own personal account, all on the system’s large.  As of now it’s unknown if the app will feature uploading captured/saved video or not.

Vita owners will be able to watch their favorite videos on the go sometime around the end of June.
