EA Sports to Add 19 Brazilian Clubs to FIFA 14

EA has announced today that EA Sports has acquired the licensing rights to add 19 new Brazilian clubs to FIFA 14.  This means that they’ll be able to show the clubs crests, kits and players.  Now you’ll have access to over 30 leagues, 600 clubs and 16,000 players.

“We’re very excited to bring the stars of the top Brazilian clubs into our games,”  said David Rutter, Executive Producer of the FIFA franchise.  “For all our fans that support and love Brazilian football, this will only add to the authentic FIFA experience they enjoy, and the additional clubs will bring undiscovered players from Brazil into the FIFA Ultimate Team universe.”

FIFA 14 is due to be released on September 24 and worldwide on September 27 to the Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii, Nintendo 3Ds, Playstation Vita and Playstation 2.  The game will also be released to the Xbox One and PS4 later this year.  FIFA 14 mobile will be availble to the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android with announcements for other mobile devices later in the fall.
