The World of The Dark Eye – Demonicon Shown Off in New Gamescom 2013 Trailer

Kalypso Media has released a new Gamescom trailer for the upcoming video game, The Dark Eye – Demonicon.  The trailer features some of the enemies you’ll face as well as locations that you’ll explore during the game.

The Dark Eye – Demonicon takes place in the universe of “The Dark Eye” and tells the story of a brother and sister who are used by evil forces in a cruel world.  In this world their affection for each other is both a blessing and a bane as they are faced with moral decisions on a daily basis.  The results of their decisions will affect the entire continent as their paths are constantly blocked by demons.  Their only way out is through battle and magic.

The game features include:

• A third-person RPG with brutal melee attack combos and magic spells
• Elaborate narrative and with believable conflicts and many decision making opportunities
• Action packed battles where good timing and tactics are important
• Unique magic system with dark talents that grant devastating magical powers
• Important events in the game will be part of “The Dark Eye” universe’s history
