Crytek Brings Acclaimed Free-to-Play FPS to Xbox with “Warface” for Xbox 360

Crytek and Microsoft Studios are happy to finally let us in on their little secret.  The popular PC title, Warface, will be coming to the Xbox 360 in early 2014 as a free to play title.

Staying true to it’s PC relative, Warface will involve you through vivid graphics and intense gameplay for an incredible first person shooter experience.  The game will center on the members of an elite military force called “Warface”.  You’ll be able to join in on the front lines in either competitive mode or co-operative mode.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Crytek to introduce this award-winning PC franchise to a console audience for the very first time,” said Phil Spencer, corporate vice president, Microsoft Studios. “Our relationship with one of the world’s most talented developers continues to grow, as we bring ‘Ryse: Son of Rome’ to Xbox One, and ‘Warface: 360 Edition’ to Xbox 360.”
