War Thunder Coming for PlayStation 4

Gaijin Entertainment has announced that they will be releasing the game War Thunder for the PlayStation 4.  The hit military MMO will arrive in its console debut just in time for the 2013 holiday season, allowing players on the PS4 to take part first person WWII battles on the ground, at sea and in the air.

Utilizing the power of the new PS4, players will enjoy better graphics and speed during gameplay.  The game will feature more details than ever before in their tanks, planes and ships as well as better dynamics during the real-time flight battles.  The new intuitive controls for the Dual Shock 4 controller will help to fully immerse you into the game.  Developers will also use the power of the PS4 to further improve the head tracking system as well as allow users to use socializing tools and record, stream and share home-made gameplay videos as well as allowing better use of the Playstation Cloud.

Currently, with over 1.5 million players of War Thunder on the PC the developers are expecting this next iteration to be just as popular.  The game is currently in an open beta stage and a mobile version is also in the works.  You can download the game for free and take part in the beta.
